Fermented primarily in stainless steel with a portion in acacia and French oak barrels, the 2021 Maxville Estate Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, fruity, and lightly herbaceous wine featuring notes of tropical fruits like mango and guava, citrus such as orange and lime, and stone fruits, including peach and apricot. 

Crafted from heritage vines in the heart of California's wine country, the 2021 Oranos Zinfandel showcases the bold character and complexity that old vines bring. This vintage delivers rich, concentrated flavors of blackberry, dark cherry, and plum, layered with notes of black pepper, vanilla, and toasted oak. Smooth tannins and balanced acidity lead to a lingering, elegant finish. A true expression of tradition and terroir, the Oranos is a Zinfandel of power and grace.

In this 2017 vintage, the quality and character of our Cabernet Franc was exceptional, and we chose to bottle it on its own, blending in some of our estate Cabernet Sauvignon to add structure and weight.  We believe Chiles Valley Cabernet Franc is on the fast track to become a star; and we are staying ahead of the curve.

Our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is our flagship red wine and we believe our 2016 vintage is an exceptional example of Chiles Valley - Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.  Small amounts of estate Petit Verdot, Merlot and Malbec complement the core Cabernet Sauvignon in the final blend.
