Maxville Oranos Red Blend

The terroir of Chiles Valley is unique within the various sub AVA’s of Napa Valley.  Our Chiles Valley estate vineyard is located east of the valley floor, nestled in the Vaca Mountains at an elevation of 900 to 1,200 feet.  Due to this higher elevation, daytime and nighttime temperatures are cooler, producing red grapes with lush yet firm texture, refreshing acidity, integrated fine tannins and distinctive berry fruit characters.

Tasked with showcasing the best barrels from our cellar, our winemaking team has crafted a stunning debut of this limited production wine. While primarily Cabernet Sauvignon, the complexity is enhanced by additions of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec.
