Our Maxville Estate offers a truly unique luxury setting for private events. We invite you to enjoy the peaceful and serene beauty of Maxville Winery and Napa Valley's Chiles Valley and our Maxville Winery at your next event.
Host your next private or corporate event at Maxville Winery. Our dedicated Events Team will help you create the perfect experience that takes full advantage of our unique setting and range of venues, both inside and outside. Your special event can be hosted in our Grand Foyer, Barrel Cave, Tank Room, Dining Room, or one of our Private Rooms. Enjoy our breathtaking panoramic views with an outside event on our Terrace. Or tailor your own adventure to include hiking, al fresco dining, or wine tasting experiences on our Maxville Lake Floating Dock.

Winemaker Dinner
Join us at Maxville for a dinner party led by our winemaker. Our dining room overlooks our terrace and can accomodate groups up to 150 persons. Contact us for outdoor availability for all large group sizes.
Indulge in an amazing evening at the winery for a seated, four-course food and wine pairing dinner. Learn about our farming techniques and what makes Chiles Valley such a special terroir within Napa County for producing stunning wines.
Conference/Team Meeting
Looking to get your team out of the office for a day of work and relaxation in wine country? We have the space for you.
Our clients have the ability to customize their meeting day at Maxville. Rent out our private rooms (conference room, banquet room, barrel room, or library room) for your company. Break out into meetings utilizing our expansive space however you please. Finish the day enjoying a wine tasting in our tasting room and outside terraces.
Wine Blending Seminar
This unique experience offers a great opportunity to learn how wine blending is done at a winery. Under the supervision of our winemaker, you will become a winemaker for a day and create your own blend, however you like!
On the table, four 100% Bordeaux varieties will be awaiting alongside various tools for blending and a note sheet explaining the style of each wine. Our winemaker, Bastien, will guide you through the process of creating your own blend. The best part? You get to name your wine and take it home with you!
This experience is best suited for groups of 25 or less.
Cheesemaking Class
Curious about how to make cheese? This is the perfect wine country experience for you!
Led by award-winning cheesemaker Sheana Davis, you will learn all about cheesemaking. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a chilled splash of our Estate Sauvignon Blanc and an artisanal cheese tasting. This will allow your palate to explore different types of hand-crafted cheeses prior to creating your own.
Following the tasting, you will head into our banquet room where Sheana will lead you through the interactive process of making a fresh ricotta cheese. Each guest will take home a cheese cloth, cheese ladle, cheese recipe card, and cheese trail map. All ingredients used are readily available in any local grocery store, and the cooking supplies used reside in most home cooks’ kitchens.
This experience is best suited for groups of 25 or less.
Private Cave Tour & Luncheon
This experience will start with a guided tour of Maxville's 20,000+ square foot caves and will include a discussion on our winemaking, barrels, and wine aging philosophy.
Enjoy barrel samples of our hand-crafted wines, followed by a seated tasting of our estate varietal wines.
Finish with a lovely lunch in our banquet room overlooking our private lake.
