Our Maxville Estate offers a truly unique luxury setting for private events. We invite you to enjoy the peaceful and serene beauty of Maxville Winery and Napa Valley's Chiles Valley and our Maxville Winery at your next event.
Host your next private or corporate event at Maxville Winery. Our dedicated Events Team will help you create the perfect experience that takes full advantage of our unique setting and range of venues, both inside and outside. Your special event can be hosted in our Grand Foyer, Barrel Cave, Tank Room, Dining Room, or one of our Private Rooms. Enjoy our breathtaking panoramic views with an outside event on our Terrace.
We encourage all clientele to schedule an initial visit to the winery to discover our hidden gem and become familiar with our current special event offerings to customize your unique event. All experiences must include wine tasting and wine education, no exceptions.

At Maxville, we strive to curate and host private events that create memorable experiences for your friends, family, or business colleagues. The events below are but a glimpse at the range of experiences we offer.
Winemaker Pairing Session
Join us at Maxville for a dinner pairing led by our winemaker Jeff Owens. Our dining room overlooks our terrace and can accomodate groups up to 125 persons. Contact us for outdoor availability for all large group sizes.
Indulge in an amazing evening at the winery for a seated, four-course food and wine pairing. Learn about our farming techniques and what makes Chiles Valley such a special terroir within Napa County for producing stunning wines.
Wine Blending Tasting
This unique experience offers a great opportunity to learn how wine blending is done at a winery. Under the supervision of our winemaker, you will become a winemaker for a day and create your own blend, however you like.
On the table, four 100% Bordeaux varieties will be awaiting alongside various tools for blending and a note sheet explaining the style of each wine. Our winemaker, Jeff Owens, will guide you through the process of creating your own blend. The best part? He will judge and crown a winner of who made the best blend. This experience is best suited for groups of 25 or less.
Cheese & Wine Pairing Tasting
Curious about how to make cheese and wine the perfect paring? This is the perfect wine country experience for you!
Led by award-winning Janet Fletcher, you will learn all about cheeses & pairing them with your favorite Maxville wines. Tasting will include a flight of 5 Maxville wines paired with 5 different cheeses.
This experience is best suited for groups of 25 or less.
Private Cave Tour/Food & Wine Pairing
This experience will start with a guided tour of Maxville's 20,000+ square foot caves and will include a discussion on our winemaking, barrels, and wine aging philosophy.
Enjoy barrel samples of our hand-crafted wines, followed by a seated tasting of our estate varietal wines.
Finish with a lovely wine and food pairing in our banquet room overlooking our private 30 acre lake.
